Private Property

Because manufactured homes are zoned for any residential lot in San Diego County, if you own land, consider building with modular construction.

Our expertise ranges from building a single family residence to building multi-family units.

Modular Homes are built to the same state and local building codes and are subject to the same zoning regulations as site-built homes. In contrast, Manufactured Homes comply with the Federal Construction Safety Standards Act (HUD/CODE), which requires homes to be constructed on a non-removable steel chassis. Many communities have restrictions on where manufactured homes can be located.

As with building any new home, these projects are very involved and have several important variables, but we will be happy to discuss this with you.
