Cost overruns are minimized. Less wasted material means savings for you.
Faster Build
When you buy a manufactured or modular home, it is built in 1/3 less time.
Exceptional Quality
Designed to meet and exceed local building codes, we use the same quality materials as traditional construction. Using the latest technology and finest building materials, we provide a well-built, high-quality home.
Greener
Built in controlled facilities, tolerances are tighter and structures have less air infiltration, resulting in more energy-efficiency and long term savings for you.
Neighborhood-Friendly
Most of the noise, dust, debris and traffic created by traditional construction is eliminated.
The Difference between Modular and Manufactured Homes
Manufactured Homes are primarily single-story and are built on a permanent chassis that can be used with or without a permanent foundation after connection to utilities. Unlike mobile homes of the past, manufactured homes are permanent homes, indistinguishable from traditionally built homes.
Modular Homes are factory built, can be one or two-story and built to last. They are designed, engineered and assembled in a controlled, factory environment. They are delivered to the home site in two or more sections, sometimes as the shell of a home, and put on a permanent foundation. Part of the interior work is accomplished at the factory, but most of the interior and exterior finish work is completed onsite.
